Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

Forbes Fencing Co ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, project address and project details, including any fence design you sketch with our planner. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad, standard campaign information (for example UTM parameters or ad click IDs). When you call us, our phone provider may record the call details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, and follow up about your project.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your estimate request, including appointment reminders and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our customer management, phone and messaging providers), or when required by law.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and advertising performance, including whether a visit led to a call or an estimate request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Oregon residents have these rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. To make a request, email forbesfence1@gmail.com or call (503) 445-3024.
